Returns
We hope you love your new schuh purchase. If you’re unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us with your receipt. We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned within 365 days. If you are returning items purchased from our clothing range please return items in their original condition including labels and tags intact and with original packaging. If the item is faulty we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange where available. As we do not offer a fitting service (with the exception of schuh Kids) please ensure your footwear is entirely suitable before use. This is in addition to, and does not affect your consumer rights. - All online returns are FREE for 'myschuh' account holders or €3.00 if you don't have an account and will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are FREE.
- Items shipped and fulfilled by our Partners cannot be returned to our stores. Please use one of our returns options listed below to return the item to us.
- Ex-Display items can not be returned to any of our stores as they are one off pairs. Please use one of our returns options listed below if the item is unsuitable.
- Items being returned from our Sunglasses range must be returned in original packaging, including tags and labels along with any certification stickers to our stores or to us by post. When returning items from our Sunglasses range by post please ensure the item is securely boxed for transit, unfortunately we cannot accept items damaged in transit if the item has not been packaged securely.
- Items purchased can only be returned to a schuh store which accepts the currency used to purchase the items.
- Please Note: We are sorry to inform that schuh Giftcards are non refundable after they have been purchased.
- Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of socks when removed from their original packaging.
Single Shoe Sale Returns
If a single shoe purchase is returned, only the discounted price will be refunded and the discount will be lost. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

schuh store
Items purchased on our IE site can only be returned to an Irish schuh store. To do so, take along: Your confirmation email. The credit/debit card used to pay for the order (if applicable),and your returns form. Check our Store Info page for store locations and opening times.
