24/06/2026Yim ManAbsolutely terrible shopping experience, frustrating and waste of time. Difficulty applying MySchuh £5 reward. Validation code was invalid after copy & Paste from email within 5min. Had to call customer service and took over 40min to try and sort. Still could not access using validation code cannot be accessed and it will expire soon. but trawled thru emails to find a gift voucher for £5 and used that instead. That also was invalid & apply button greyed out , until I was asked to put a space at end of code!!! I still have £5 reward in My Schuh which I can’t use due to access and will expire soon. This has been an awful shopping experience : it was not worth the trouble, frustration and time does not help with customer loyalty . Please look into getting this fixed as it’s put me of shopping with Schuh & thinking that loyalty scheme is not worthwhile.
24/06/2026ruthREturned shoes that were the wrong size for the box, received more that are the wrong size for the box they came in, and now will have to work out the complex return thing to get a label to send them back too, its now a month since i first ordered these, really really awful service
