I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent experience at your Oxford Circus store.
Today, I visited the store to purchase a pair of UGG slippers as a birthday gift for my wife. Unfortunately, the level of customer service I encountered was extremely disappointing.
Upon entering the store, I was not greeted or acknowledged by any staff member. I was eventually approached by a staff member named Rebecca, whose attitude was unwelcoming and unprofessional. She appeared disengaged and uninterested in assisting me. When I asked for help locating a specific style and size, she simply directed me to browse the area myself. When I asked further questions, she briefly pointed at a computer screen and walked away without offering any meaningful assistance.
Concerned by this experience, I asked to speak with the manager on duty, Lauren. Regrettably, her response was equally dismissive. She did not seem interested in hearing my concerns and made no effort to address the situation.
I find this level of service particularly surprising and unacceptable, especially for a store located in a prominent area such as Oxford Circus. This experience has left me very disappointed and has negatively impacted my perception of your brand.
I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated and addressed appropriately. I look forward to your response.
