Thank you to Naomi for her incredible customer service and in turn a great customer experience for me, my husband and my two boys. Honestly, we felt quite overwhelmed about the trip for school shoes ahead of the new term and expected it to be hard work. Naomi made it seamless. She measured our sons feet and she was very thorough and made sure to engage our boys in the process. Our youngest said ‘Mammy I like getting my feet tested’. We picked some trainers and Naomi provided us with a few different sizes to try on based on her recommendations and she ensured that the trainers were a secure fit and that they had room to grow! I’m pretty sure I will return to Schuh every time I need shoes for my boys now. So a huge thank you to Naomi!

I went in for slip on vans I had seen on the schuh website, unfortunately they didn't have my size in the colour I was after in store so the assistant Lennox brought out some lovely alternatives, including my size in a different colour. Lennox helped me then order the size and colour of choice. He was very quick and pleasant.
