The young man Paul was very polite looked smart and clean nothing was too much trouble for him and he did not treat me like a pensioner like so many people do I was a customer and I felt I was treated like one I found all the staff courteous and the atmosphere in the shop was welcoming my grandson was treated the same and purchased a pair of trainers as well.

Staff were friendly and prompt. Offered great assistance. It looked like there was a busy spell on and not quite enough staff to each customer but I was impressed they acknowledged everyone and assurance given they would help them shortly.

Good, efficient service. Not pushy. The young lady was very polite and helpful. She went to fetch the box of shoes for my size straight away.

I don't know their names, but both staff in the hastings branch at 1pm Monday 17th feb (a girl and a tall beardy lad) were both super helpful and completely lovely. I normally hate staff facing shopping and prefer to just my own thing (unavoidable when shoe shopping though!) But I didn't completely hate it this time. Highly rate Schuh.
