I came into the store Monday afternoon, was greeted on arrival and asked if I needed any help. Once I found the shoe I was looking for I found a member of staff, who was more than happy to help me. I can't remember the lady's name but she was very helpful and I think I ended up trying on at least 8 or more different shoes in different sizes and at no point did the lady seem anything but professional. I couldn't praise the lady more. Couldn't have asked for better service. 10/10
