Phoebe was very good with my little boy, helping him get over his initial shyness. His feet were measured and shoes ordered very quickly.

My little boy has been in hospital with meningitis and this was his first trip out since being discharged. Phoebe who looked after us was amazing. She interacted with him chatting about super hero’s. Recommended the best fit trainer for him and ordered us the spiderman hi-tops he really liked to be delivered addressed to him which he is very excited about. She was so lovely and made him feel very special. We left with a sticker and a ballon and a happy little superhero..

The staff were very helpful, friendly without being overly familiar, and professional. They were knowledgeable about the footwear I was trying, and it made the shopping experience really pleasant. My wife and I both commented when we left about how unusual it is nowadays to get such good customer service.
